「不確実な孤立」について
連帯という言葉がほぼ死語に近くなった経緯は何なのかと自分自身に問いかけてみました。60数年前に起きた日米安保条約反対運動がひとつの切欠ではなかったかと思っています。職業的カテゴリーを超えて大きなうねりを伴った反対運動が起きました。権力はその後同じことが生じないように多くの伏線を張り巡らせました。当時の個人的経済力は今日では比較にならないほど劣悪でした。そこで始まったのが所得倍増です。まさに腹を空かした大衆の欲望を満たすものでした。引き換えに労働力の集約がありましたが、労働組合への対応は徹底すべき課題となっていたのです。個別の対応ではなく国家事業であったと言えるものです。まずは国営事業の民営化が推進されたことです。分割民営化で伴うものは労働組合の分裂です。そこから連帯意識の崩壊が始まりました。非正規労働者の拡充で決定的となったと言えます。「みなさんには貧乏になる権利があります」などという見下した言論は、今日の分断がいかに浸透しているかという証明みたいなものです。そういう経緯の中で孤立が進んでいったかは容易に察しがつきます。しかし、確定的ではありません。街舞台の観察から写し撮る日常はまだ不確実なイメージです。

About "uncertain isolation" I asked myself how the word solidarity came to be almost a dead word. I believe that the movement against the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty that occurred more than 60 years ago was one of the cut-offs. There was a protest movement that was accompanied by a great groundswell beyond professional categories. The powers that be have made a lot of foreshadowing to make sure it doesn't happen again. Personal financial power at that time was incomparably worse today. That's where the doubling of income began. It was the very thing that satisfied the desires of the hungry masses. In exchange, there was an aggregation of the workforce, but dealing with labor unions was an issue that needed to be thoroughly addressed. It can be said that it was not an individual response, but a national project. First of all, the privatization of state-owned enterprises was promoted. Split privatization entails a split in trade unions. That's where the collapse of solidarity began. It can be said that the expansion of non-regular workers has become decisive. Condescending statements such as "you have the right to be poor" are proof of how pervasive divisions are today. It is easy to see how isolation progressed in such a situation. But it's not definitive. The daily life captured from the observation of the city stage is still an uncertain image.
